Your Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy of data you enter
Keep your account credentials secure
Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
Make your own investment decisions

Subscription Terms

Signal+ is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Cancel anytime through your App Store settings
No refunds for partial billing periods

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market data is provided by third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy:

Prices may be delayed or inaccurate
Exchange rates are approximate
We are not liable for data errors

Limitation of Liability

Signal is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

Investment decisions made based on app data
Financial losses of any kind
Service interruptions or data loss

Intellectual Property

Signal and its content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its code.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
